This vest is all about comfort and freedom of movement.  Restriction-free while still keeping chills away. No puffiness. Soft merino wool keeps your little one's temperature regulated naturally. Wool breathes. 

It is so much easier and faster to put a vest on a little one! No sleeves to struggle with. The body core stays warm.  Vests may not be as popular in the USA as they are in Europe, but they make sense. Enjoy the ease and comfort of a wool vest. Layer clothing appropriately underneath and zip it up, then have fun outside.  Getting fresh air and touching the ground feels so good.  I love a wool vest on a little one for so many reasons.  Young ones need more layers than adults do to keep warm, but they are still so little that over-bulking restricts arm movement and isn't comfy. This vest solves that problem. 

Synthetics with or without waterproofings cannot do what wool does naturally.  Wool is amazing. Organic Disana wool is not itchy like commercial wool can be. If you aren't familiar with the amazing properties of wool yet, once you try good wool, you will understand and prefer it over synthetics. Wool is so much better.  

A wetness spillage or some spit up? No problem. Just wipe it off promptly. Wool stays fresh and doesn't need to be washed after such common baby events because of the nature of wool.     

Boiled wool is much more substantial and weighs more than thin wool. Boiled wool contains a lot of wool. 

Icy-cold car seat?  Baby's body cannot heat up the plastic no matter how many blankets you put over baby. The coldness in the car seat chills the baby. Bringing the car seat inside the home or store to keep the seat from freezing is not always practical.  With a wool vest on the baby, you add a flat layer of warmth to baby's body which keeps baby's back from getting the warmth sucked out of it into the cold seat. This keeps baby's body warmth where it needs to be- instead of baby's body trying to warm up the foam and plastic seat, which it just cannot do. Yes, you can put another coat over it, too because it is flat, not puffy. Boiled wool works well in a car seat.

The zipper makes it easy to put on and take off and there are no buttons to worry about. Car seat friendly.
