How to replace elastic in Workhorse fitted cloth diapers

To replace the elastic in a Workhorse fitted cloth diaper, you don't actually remove the old elastic. Leave the old elastic in there and simply add a new elastic outside the old elastic. Use the space outside the old elastic and the serged edge and scoot your new elastic into that space.
