New lined version.
Lovely beige 100% natural merino wool with lining wearing bag for baby with zipper closure.
Wool cozy wear for babies from 6 months to approximately 2 years. Made of pure merino wool with no synthetic additives. This makes it breathable. Baby stays cozy (warm but not sweaty) while being able to sense their own legs and body without interference of heavy clothing. A blanket might fall off or get twisted up but this will stay where it should. The little one can freely move their body against itself under this, feet to feet, legs to legs, which is nice for both warmth, learning and sensing where baby's own body is. Not for walking since this wearable blanket is bag style.

New fluffy wool does shed at first, but after washing, perhaps twice, and getting a bit of felting, the initial shedding is over. To more quickly remove loose wool fibers when new, after washing and pressing onto towels to remove much of the moisture, put it in the dryer on no heat for a just few minutes with some clean towels. That will speed up the felting of the fibers and remove any loose wool. Be careful not to over do it so that it doesn't shrink. A small amount of felting is beneficial.
Size comparison - image taken before washing. Expect some shrinkage.
KiCo Label offers sustainable and safe products. KiCo Label merino wool items have the Woolmark certificate and have been tested for quality and safety.
Merino wool is not only soft and comfortable for your baby's sensitive skin, but it also has a natural breathable ability. Merino wool is naturally dirt-repellent, making it stay clean for longer and requiring less washing.
Care: Hand wash in a proper gentle wool wash. Lay flat and press out moisture onto clean towels then lay flat to dry. Turn over occasionally to allow air circulation. If you use a fan to speed drying, be sure the air movement is indirect. Expect some natural shrinkage. Wool needs washing only very infrequently.
